Chief Executive Officer

Andre Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer of MissionSquare.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial services and investment management, Andre is a proven strategist and growth driver. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions that elevate customer experience and business performance.

Prior to joining MissionSquare, Andre spent over 13 years at Voya Financial, where he held several senior leadership roles, including President of Voya Financial Advisors, Inc., and Head of Advice and Guidance for Voya’s retirement business. During his tenure, Andre led multiple initiatives that helped modernize the firm’s technology platforms, introduced new product offerings, and spearheaded initiatives to help enable individuals to make more informed savings and investment decisions.

Andre’s passion for expanding financial literacy and his forward-thinking approach continue to help shape Mission Square's growth strategy and evolution. He is deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission of helping individuals and families achieve long-term financial security.

Andre earned a master’s degree in finance from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arcadia University. He also serves on the board of the Givably Fund at Foundation Source

Jeff Gibson

Chief Product Strategy Officer

Jeffrey A. Gibson serves as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at MissionSquare, a position that reflects his three-decade career in the retirement services industry. In his current role, Mr. Gibson leads the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence functions. He also oversees the Product Team, developing recordkeeping solutions as well as investment products and Managed Accounts. Finally, he leads the Proposal Management Team supporting the organization's retention and new business goals.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Gibson served as Vice President of Strategy & Competitive Intelligence at MissionSquare. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of the company, developing sales acquisition and retention strategies, and serving as the executive sponsor for key consulting relationships. Earlier roles at MissionSquare Retirement include Vice President of New Business Services, Director of New Business and Corporate Support Services, and Manager of the State Plan Services Team.

Mr. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University in Maryland, with dual concentrations in Human Resource Management and Strategic Operations Management. He also received certifications for Advanced Management Leadership and Professional Development from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Shari Hensrud

Shari Hensrud

Chief Investment Officer

Dr. Shari Hensrud is the Chief Investment Officer for MissionSquare.

In her role, Shari oversees MissionSquare’s investment strategy. She leads the Fixed Income, Investment Strategy, and Equities teams, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment across the organization.

Previously, Shari held the position of Head of Investment Strategies for MissionSquare. Prior to joining MissionSquare, Shari was the Head of Risk and Analytics at Nitrogen Wealth, where she was responsible for the firm’s risk models and methodology, driving credibility and reinforcing the company’s position in risk and wealth management technology. Throughout her tenure, she has also led product management and compliance. Her prior roles include serving as President and Chief Investment Officer at various organizations throughout her career.

Shari earned a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Dakota. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and a Certification in Investment Performance Measurement.

Drue Holloway

Chief Strategy Officer

Drue Holloway is the Chief Strategy Officer at MissionSquare.

In his role, Drue leads MissionSquare’s strategic initiatives, driving growth and enhancing organizational performance. His experience leading strategy and M&A, along with his deep background in retirement services and wealth management, helps play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of MissionSquare.

Drue has a distinguished career in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Head of Advice and Guidance at Voya Financial, where he led the company’s employee financial advisory business. In this role, he was a key leader in creating and implementing the firm’s retail wealth management strategy, which focused on deepening relationships with plan participants and expanding the business’s assets under management.

Drue holds a master’s degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College.

Meredith Kelley

Chief Financial Officer

Meredith Kelley is the Chief Financial Officer at MissionSquare. In this role, she leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations to help drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. As CFO, Meredith oversees key functions, including Controllership, Enterprise Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis, Taxation, and Treasury. She works in close partnership with MissionSquare executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support sound financial decision-making that delivers long-term value for MissionSquare and its stakeholders.

With more than two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and business transformation, Meredith brings deep expertise and strategic insight into her role. Before joining MissionSquare, she was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Voya Financial, where she led the finance function for the company’s largest business segment, overseeing more than $500 billion in retirement and personal wealth assets.

Meredith’s career includes progressive leadership roles where she led revenue growth, cost savings, supported M&A and corporate strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. She first began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she built a strong foundation in public accounting and advisory services.

Meredith holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Mississippi State University. She is an active member of the 30% Club and advocates for greater gender diversity in senior leadership roles.

Tom McAndrews

Chief Legal Officer

Tom McAndrews is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal, Corporate & Government Affairs Officer for MissionSquare.

In his role, Mr. McAndrews is responsible for MissionSquare’s Corporate Affairs Department, including Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, Research, and Risk Management.

Mr. McAndrews has been an integral part of the MissionSquare team for over 16 years. He first joined the firm’s Legal Department in 2008, where he served as Vice President, Securities Counsel. Since joining MissionSquare, Mr. McAndrews has worked on various issues related to broker-dealer, investment adviser, and investment company regulation. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening MissionSquare’s compliance framework and navigating complex legal matters.

Mr. McAndrews earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a doctorate of law from The George Washington University Law School. He also served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.

Lisa Raff

Chief Human Resources Officer

Lisa Raff is the Chief Human Resources Officer for MissionSquare.

In her role, Lisa leads MissionSquare’s people strategy with a focus on talent development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.

With deep expertise in organizational leadership and workforce planning, Lisa has a distinguished career in human resources, having held senior positions at several prominent organizations. Most recently, Lisa served as Vice President of Human Resources at Voya Financial, where she played a key role supporting the Workplace Solutions business. Her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving organizational change, business growth, and enhancing overall employee engagement. Previously, Lisa held senior roles at The Hanover Insurance Group and The Hartford Financial Services Group, providing strategic business consulting to multiple lines of business, which led to increased market share and operational efficiencies.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Connecticut.

Steve Summers

Chief Internal Auditor

Steve Summers focuses on ensuring that MissionSquare complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and that the company’s board and management are aware of any material control weaknesses or potential risks. He also coordinates with external auditors and internal control and monitoring functions, such as Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, and Legal, to evaluate the audit and oversight coverage of MissionSquare and its critical vendors.

A Certified Information Systems Auditor, he has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and over 20 years of experience as an auditor. Mr. Summers joined MissionSquare in 2008 from Vanguard, where he managed integrated technology and operational audits across portfolio management, securities lending, compliance, mutual fund accounting, and pricing, including the supportive technologies used for each function. He also oversaw reviews of mutual fund subadvisors.

Mr. Summers has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program for Audit Committees in a New Era of Governance.

Andrew Whiting

Andrew Whiting

Chief Sales Officer

Andrew Whiting is the Chief Sales Officer for MissionSquare.

In his role, Andrew oversees a comprehensive suite of retirement savings, financial planning, Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO), and advisory programs, serving clients across the government, education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Andrew leads all customer-facing sales teams and is responsible for advancing MissionSquare’s legacy of “serving those who serve,” while expanding its mission to help all individuals achieve a secure financial future.

Andrew has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, including extensive experience working with public sector and government retirement plans, as well as expertise in 457(b), 403(b), and DCIO markets. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, consultants, and advisors across various market segments and retirement plan sizes.

Andrew serves as a Trustee for the New York State Troopers Police Benevolent Association Signal 30 Fund. He holds honorary lifetime memberships with the New Jersey Police Benevolent Association Local 265 and the Dade County Police Benevolent Association. He has also contributed to industry advancement through his service on the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators’ Industry Committee.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fairfield University.

Kathleen Wilson

Acting Chief Marketing Officer

Kathleen Wilson is the Acting Chief Marketing Officer for MissionSquare.

In her role, Kathleen is responsible for overseeing MissionSquare’s brand, reputation, channel marketing, digital business, advertising, marketing operations, corporate communications, and public relations functions.

With over two decades of dedicated service to MissionSquare, Kathleen possesses a wealth of experience in diverse marketing and client-facing roles. Her expertise and leadership have played a pivotal role in shaping MissionSquare’s marketing landscape. As the Vice President of Client Engagement in Washington, D.C., she leveraged interactive client advisory forums focused on public sector retirement solutions. Additionally, Kathleen oversaw national conferences and sponsorship strategies in alignment with the organization’s mission. During her tenure as the Director of Key Client Relations, Kathleen managed MissionSquare’s largest state retirement plan, overseeing assets exceeding $6.7 billion and more than 480,000 customer accounts. Beyond numerical achievements, her strategies were centered on ensuring the secure retirement of numerous employees.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Loyola University Maryland.
